Quadro Designs began in 1995 when 3 brothers from Italian descent recently returned from a family trip to Italy. They realized the significant market penetration of the cost effective European style clip frame. The simple but effective design was mass produced and used throughout Italy & Europe. Product applications included; photography, art, scrapbooking, documents, and posters. Soon after Quadro began manufacturing the clip line in Winnipeg, Canada, and became a supplier of quality picture frames to several national retailers .
