In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Shipping
Orders are received and confirmed within 48 hours. Orders typically ship within 5-7 days after confirmation. We generally use Fedex Freight for delivery’s. Our flat fee shipping cost is based on most destinations in North America, however remote destinations or locations requiring special delivery circumstances may be subject to a freight surcharge.
Returns
Merchandise purchased from Quadro may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt, in original condition and packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 1-888-682-5320. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: Quadro 613 Marion St. Winnipeg, MB. R2J 0K2. Actual cost of shipping the item to us will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery... Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery... Claims received after 7 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed
If the package arrives from the carrier with significant damage, please refuse deliver due to damage. If the customer decides to receive the damaged package, please mark on the waybill ‘arrived damaged’, and keep all invoices and waybills. Notify the carrier & Quadro immediately of damaged product. Do not throw away anything as the carrier may need to inspect the box and goods. If possible please forward us pictures of the carton and product and we will replace the product free of charge. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace..
Discounts
Volume Discounts are available upon request. Orders must be an online minimum of $200. As discounts are applied the customer is quoted and responsible for the full freight value.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Order cancellation
As orders are received and confirmed, payment is processed. If orders are cancelled after payment and prior to shipping, orders may be subject to a 25% cancellation and restocking fee.
Sales Tax
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address.

Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
